Downtime for meso peels can vary depending on the strength of the peel used and your individual skin’s reaction. Generally, expect mild redness, flaking, and tightness for 1-3 days after the procedure. Here’s a general guideline for what to expect:

• Day 1: Your skin may feel flushed or tight, and may appear slightly pink or red.
• Day 2-3: You may experience some flaking of the skin. This is normal and should be minimal. You can resume applying makeup.
• Day 4-7: Most of the redness and flaking should have subsided.

• Avoid sun exposure for at least a week after the treatment. Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher daily.
• Do not wash your face for at least 24 hours after the treatment.
• Use a gentle cleanser and lukewarm water to wash your face twice a day.
• Avoid using any harsh skincare products, such as retinols, glycolic acids, or benzoyl peroxide, for a week after the treatment.
• Moisturize your skin regularly with a gentle moisturizer.
• Avoid picking or scratching at your skin, as this can cause irritation.
